Generally we'd recommend the Dolphin plan for most servers as it has enough resources to handle modded servers and servers with medium sized player bases.
We support all of the major Minecraft server types including vanilla, forge, bukkit, paper and spigot. In addition, we also support custom JAR files, so you can run almost any server you might want.
Whilst servers don't come with a dedicated IP by default, we can absolutely add one to your server. There is a small monthly fee that we need to charge for this service. Please make a support ticket to request a dedicated IP.
Of course! As long as you have access to the files for the previous server you can transfer it to Intera Games. If you're having issues, get in touch with us through a support ticket and we'll assist you in the migration.
Absolutely! If you want to change your plan you can simply open a support ticket and we'll adjust the plan you're on. Any changes will take effect immediately, you'll be billed for any increases in the plan pro-rata up to your next bill date.
